High-throughput technologies (Next-generation DNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, Mass spectrometry, etc.) have revolutionized the quantification of biomarkers at the genome-level. The high-throughput genomic data are complex in nature because of high-dimensionality, heterogeneity, multi-domain, and sparsity.
